Legally established NGOs, associations and recognised community-based organisations may submit concrete projects benefiting identified individuals or communities to La Levure Foundation.
La Levure Foundation works with local non-profit organisations that have the experience and capacity to implement concrete projects for the benefit of identified people or communities.
A proposal must clearly describe the need, beneficiaries, planned activities, location, duration, budget and amount of support requested.
This is not a request for general funding for an organisation. Support is intended exclusively for a specific project assessed and approved in advance by La Levure Foundation.
The organisation must be legally established and duly authorised to operate, and able to identify beneficiaries, manage the project and document its implementation.
Proposals are intended for NGOs, associations, recognised community-based organisations and other legally established, duly authorised non-profit organisations.
Individual support requests and requests for general institutional funding are not part of this project partnership scheme.
The organisation must demonstrate its legal existence and show that its activities are consistent with the proposed project.
The proposal must explain a genuine need, clear objectives, identified beneficiaries, planned activities, location, duration and a detailed, realistic budget.
The beneficiary list must follow the standard template included in the official form. The number of beneficiaries must be consistent with the activities and requested budget.
At this stage, La Levure Foundation considers partnership proposals in the following areas:
Food and resources directly necessary for preparing meals for identified beneficiaries.
Products, services or activities directly related to beneficiaries’ health, hygiene and well-being.
Cultural, artistic, sporting, leisure and other recreational activities for identified beneficiaries.
Carefully read the official Project Proposal Form and the regulations attached to it before submitting your proposal.
Complete the information about the organisation and its legal representative, the beneficiary list, project description, objectives, activities, duration, budget and requested amount. Sign the form and affix the organisation’s stamp.
All information must be complete, accurate and truthful. La Levure Foundation may request additional information or documents for assessment or verification.
The document includes the Project Proposal Form and the regulations that must be read and accepted before submission.

Submitting a proposal only starts an assessment process. It does not constitute project approval or a financial commitment.
La Levure Foundation assesses the need, objectives, beneficiaries, the organisation’s capacity, budget, duration, feasibility and available resources.
The Foundation may request additional information or changes to the proposal before making a decision.
Only formal approval by La Levure Foundation authorises implementation of the project. Any approved support is governed by the project approval and corresponding agreement between the parties.
La Levure Foundation may approve, modify or reject a proposal according to its assessment, resources and priorities. Submission does not create any entitlement to funding.
