If you or another person in Kigali is facing a serious and concrete need, you may submit a request for support to La Levure Foundation.
An adult may submit a request for themselves or on behalf of another person. You may request support for yourself, a family member, an acquaintance or another person. You may also inform La Levure Foundation about a specific situation affecting an individual or a family that may require support.
Explain clearly the situation, the concrete need and why support is required. La Levure Foundation will assess the request and determine whether and how it may be able to intervene.
This is not a request for general financial assistance. The situation must involve a serious and concrete need that can be assessed by the Foundation.
Requests may concern areas such as health, education, child protection, food-related needs or other concrete situations falling within the Foundation’s areas of intervention.
Requests must always be submitted by an individual person.
If you are acting on behalf of an organisation or institution, you may submit the request personally if you are directly responsible for the person or family concerned.
For example, you may be a social worker, case worker, programme manager, community representative or legal representative. Please clearly state your role and the organisation or institution you represent in the description of the situation.
You may request support for yourself, a family member, an acquaintance or another person. You may also use the form to inform us about a specific situation affecting a person or a family.
If you are under 18 and need support, please contact La Levure Foundation directly . An adult may also submit a request on your behalf.
Individual support requests are currently accepted only for situations concerning people in Kigali.

Physical submission of documents is not accepted. Documents must be uploaded and submitted through the online form.
All requests received are taken into consideration and assessed individually by La Levure Foundation.
If the request is accepted, the applicant or the person concerned will be contacted using the contact details provided in this online form and in the support request form.
If you receive no further communication from the Foundation, the request has not been accepted. There is no need to insist or repeatedly contact the Foundation regarding the same request. Every request received is taken into consideration.
Any intervention depends on the situation, the assessment of the request, available resources and the Foundation’s capacity to respond.
