REQUEST SUPPORT

Project Support Request

Organisations with a concrete project that benefits identified people or communities may submit a request for support to La Levure Foundation.

When you have a project

La Levure Foundation works with local organisations that can implement concrete interventions for the benefit of identified people or communities.

A project request must describe a specific intervention, including the need, beneficiaries, activities, location, duration, budget and amount of support requested.

Important

This is not a request for general funding for the organisation. Support is intended for a specific intervention that is assessed and approved by La Levure Foundation.

The organisation must be legally established, able to identify the beneficiaries and able to manage and document the proposed intervention.

Who can submit a project request?

Project requests may be submitted by organisations that are legally established and duly authorised to operate, and that carry out activities consistent with the proposed intervention.

The organisation must be able to provide complete and truthful information, identify the beneficiaries and manage and document the activities supported.

What should the project demonstrate?

The proposal should clearly explain the problem or need, who will be supported, what will be done, where and for how long, what the intervention will cost and how much support is requested.

The number of beneficiaries should be realistic and consistent with the proposed activities and budget.

Current areas of intervention

At its current stage, La Levure Foundation considers project partnership proposals in the following areas:

Food Support

Food and resources directly necessary for food preparation for identified beneficiaries.

Health & Hygiene

Products, services or activities directly related to the health, hygiene and well-being of beneficiaries.

Recreational Activities

Sporting, artistic, leisure or other recreational activities intended for identified beneficiaries.

Prepare your request

Read the official Project Support Request Form and its attached regulation carefully before submitting your proposal.

Complete the organisation and legal representative information, describe the intervention and beneficiaries, provide the budget and funding request, then sign the form and add the organisation’s stamp where required.

The form must contain complete, accurate and truthful information. La Levure Foundation may request additional information or documents when necessary for assessment or verification.

The submission of a project request starts an assessment process. It does not constitute approval of the project or a commitment to provide funding.

    What happens after submission?

La Levure Foundation assesses each proposal according to the reality of the need, its objectives, the beneficiaries, the organisation’s capacity, the budget, duration, feasibility and available resources.

The Foundation may request additional information or changes to the proposal before making a decision.

Only a formal approval from La Levure Foundation authorises the implementation of the intervention. An application, preliminary discussion or informal communication must not be considered a promise of funding.

    Project support is not guaranteed.

La Levure Foundation is free to approve, modify or reject a proposal according to its assessment, available resources and priorities. Any approved support is governed by the approved intervention, its conditions and the corresponding agreement between the parties.
